Mason City Riverhawk Girls Track and Field
The distance medley relay team of Peyton Zilge, Latasha York, Savannah Davis, and Janae Hansen placed 3rd at the Jim Duncan Relays on Saturday running 4:19.97. This time presently puts them #3 in Class 4A and #5 overall in the state. The time run by the girls is the best time run in the dmed by an MC squad in over 35 years. I have to do some checking but this may be #2 All Time.
The Girls Team will be running next at the Jim Duea Relays in Ames this coming Tuesday.
